Born in 1991, Alberto began to study piano when he was 4 years old at LEM, a private music school in Badia Polesine, his birthplace. After seven years, he continued with the school “Cat Sound Studio”, under the wings of the tutors Patrizia Arduini and Mario Marcassa and in 2008 he studied at the Conservatory of Music “F. Venezze” in Rovigo.

He took his first chance a year later, composing the song Infinity for the selection of the International Festival of the Authors of Sanremo in the category “Emerging Italians”. The judges and the public were positively overcame and let him progress to the finals in June 2010 at the Casino Theatre in Sanremo, ranking 12th out of 54 finalists.

Between 2009 and 2010 he also participated as a guest in the TV show “Sunday with you” (aired on Telestense TV Channel) and was cited several times in local newspapers, such as “La Voce di Rovigo”, “Il Gazzettino”, “Il Resto del Carlino”.

During high school, he dedicated himself to charity, playing in many events organized by the artistic group he was part of.

The first turning point occurred in 2011 when he signed as composer and author for SIAE. Shortly after, his first album Ali was released and it still can be found on iTunes, Spotify and Amazon.

His composing skills attracted the attention of the “Teatro Nuovo” of Ferrara, which asked him to compose the ouverture of the musical comedy “Stravaganza” by Dacia Maraini, an important writer nominated for the Nobel Prize. He continued composing music for the documentary “Effetti personali” for La7 Channel.

He tasted the musician life with the cover band Cialis Angels, signed to Italian Agency, Jam for Live, with a background of 120 shows live shows in one year.

Alberto isn’t someone who can be easily satisfied (don’t forget he is a multi-instrumentalist who can play GrandPiano/Keyboards, Guitar, Bass and Drums). He wanted his music to be known, so he personally reached the Italian majors, receiving positive feedbacks, but it was in the UK that he obtained more attention. In fact, in 2013 he signed a management contract with “Innate Music Ltd, UK” with the manager Nathan Graves (ex A&R of Decca Records, Universal).

Once again, his music was recognized by the medias and his songs appeared in many videos, like “Ghost of Christmas Present” by Klaire De Lys with the song Dream Never Ending, the booktrailer of “L’accarezzatrice” by Giorgia Wurth with the song London Calling and the documentary “Yukon Blues” for Deejay TV with Following Yourself.

Following Yourself was the first song he recorded with Geoff Lawson, an important composer for Universal with whom he worked as well for Tutto è bellissimo and One Note.

The 2014 ended with his participation on “Asterisco Informazione”, a TV show aired on 7Gold, and his first position on the Italian Chart of Classical Music in the website Reverbnation.

The 2015 proved to be an amazing year. Under the guide of the actual manager, Phil Indlekofler, the song One Note was included in two playlists of Spotify UK: “Music for Concentration” and “Beyond Words”. It actually counts 230.000 listening with 73.938 monthly listeners on January.

In order to spread his music, Alberto had been playing in metro and train stations in Italy and in the UK. During one of his performances at the St. Pancras Station in London, he was recorded and shared on Facebook by Ruwayda Mustafah: the video currently has 34,930 views.

Alberto’s last work was the remix of One Note, which aired on the February 25th, 2016 on the Polish International radio program “Klasyka Gatunku”.
